Zimbabwe Visa Application Form: Two visa application forms duly filled and signed.
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old and scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Zimbabwe High Commission, New Delhi.
Invitation Letter: Letter from Zimbabwe host/inviting company stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay.
Ticket: Confirmed Air Ticket with ticket number
Medical: Yellow Fever Certificate

Below documents needs to be carried by the applicant at the time of travel.

Financials:
a) Original personal bank statements of last 06 months with sufficient balance in account with bank seal & sign.
Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation on Hotel's Letter Head
Please note: Hotel's address and phone number should be clearly mentioned on the letter head.
Ticket: Confirmed Air Ticket with ticket number.

The Embassy of the Republic of Zimbabwe in New Delhi does not issue Work Visas. Work Permits can be procured by the Employing Company in Zimbabwe by approaching the Department of Immigration. On the basis of the Work Permit sent by the Department of Immigration in Zimbabwe, the Embassy will issue a visa to allow the worker to travel to Zimbabwe.
