Visa Application Form: Form 14A to be duly filled and signed by the applicant with blue or black ink pen.
Signature - Signature on page 2 below Yes & No column (part III). At the end of the form on page 3 above the applicant signature column.
Note -
a) If any correction in form, correction can be done, but passenger has to sign near the same column, do not leave any information blank to avoid delay in submission.
b) Form to be filled with date, place and all columns should be completely filled by one pen and one hand writing.
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size (35mm x 45mm) colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish on white background, without borders and taken within the last 3 months. The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown. Applicant's name and passport number must be mentioned behind one photograph.
Note:-
1- Photo must be taken full face without headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's features.
2- You should look directly at the camera with head straight, with no hair across and/or covering your eyes/eyebrows/ears.

The letter must also mention date of travel, details of land itinerary and place of stay in Singapore, details of sponsor. Invitation Letter: Copy of invitation letter from Singapore host/ inviting Company on its letter head stating the applicant's name, designation and purpose & duration of stay. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation.

3- Date of travel
4- No of passengers travelling together
5- Details of land itinerary and place of stay in Singapore
6- Applicant's employment details
7- Details of previous travels to Singapore (if available)
8- Details of local Sponsor (if available)
The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – The Consulate General of Singapore , Mumbai.
Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
Financials:
a) Updated Bank statement for the last 3 months with applicant's name, a/c no. with bank seal & sign
b) Last 3 month salary slip
Airline Reservation: Return confirm air ticket.
If the applicant is salaried then need leave letter on company letter head is required.
If Children traveling with one parent then NOC from another parent with passport copy of parent.
Student ID card is required is the passenger is a Student
Honeymoon Travelers: Original Wedding Card has to be submitted along with the visa application.

Indians nationals can travel by carrying Approval letter received from Singapore along with valid passport, photographs & one way confirmed air ticket and they will get the employment pass at the time of immigration.

b) From Host Company: Scanned letter from Singaporean company on its letter head stating the applicant's name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of stay in Singapore. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name, designation & company's stamp and must be addressed to "The Consulate General of Singapore", Mumbai.
Continues Discharge Certificate: Original Continues Discharge Certificate (CDC booklet) has to be submitted along with the visa application.
Ticket: One way ticket with ticket number.
