Passport: Original Passport with validity of more than six months and minimum 4 blank pages for visa stamp.
a) Two Photocopies of the first, second and last pages of passport.

Zambia Visa Application Form: Three visa application forms duly filled and signed.
Photo Specification: Three recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old and scanned /stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter: Covering-letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.
The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Zambia High Commission, New Delhi.
Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Zambia host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay and mention the address of stay. The letter should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation. Along with this, a photo id copy (with signature)/passport copy of the signatory on the invite letter is also required for submission.
Financials: Company/ Personal Original Bank Statement for last six months.
Ticket: Confirmed Return Ticket and a copy of it.
Medical: Original Yellow Fever Certificate is mandatory.
Please Note: For children up to 16 years, Visa for Zambia is not required as it will be issued on arrival.

Note : Visa is not required if you continue the journey by the same flight or first connecting flight within 24 hours without leaving the airport provided that the traveler holds a confirmed onward air ticket.
Transit Visa is only needed when a traveler is traveling for a limited period of time. This Visa is valid for a period of seven days.

a) Work permit has to be arranged by the Zambian company. Then an approval letter is issued and sent to the applicant.
b) The applicant can travel with the above mentioned letter and gets his visa on arrival at the port.
E Visa

Zambia visa (eves) can now be applied online. No online payments are available for this service, applicants are required to pay at the ports of entry as they arrive in Zambia.
The link to download your e-Visa authorization (approval) letter is given in the final step where you will be informed that your application has been completed successfully. In addition, the same link to download your e-Visa authorization (approval) letter will be emailed to you. Immigration Officers at ports of entry can verify your e-Visa on their system. However, you are advised to keep your e-Visa authorization (approval) letter with you either as a soft copy (tablet PC, smart phone, etc.) or as a hard copy in case of any failure on their system.
Upon arrival at the Port of Enter, you are expected to present your passport, visa approval letter and then pay the visa fee to an Immigration Officer to have your visa sticker affixed in your passport. Payments for the e-Visa can be made either by cash or using a credit or debit card using our Point of Sale System at the major international airports. As is the case with all visas, Zambian officials at the ports of entry reserve the right to deny entry into Zambia to a holder of an e-Visa authorization (approval) letter without any explanation.
E-Visa Approval Letter is valid for 3 months from the approval date of the e-Visa, traveler must enter Zambia on any date within this period. Failure to enter within this period renders your e-Visa Approval Letter invalid and thus you will you will have to make a new application.
e-Visa Approval letters are system generated and use the information submitted by the client during the application stage. Once generated no amendments can be made to the letter, the client would have to make a fresh application.
