Requirement Details
Passport Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports, if any.
Sudan Visa Application Form Two visa application forms duly filled and signed. The application form can be accessed through the following link: Sudan Visa Application Form
Photo Specification Two recent passport-size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border. Photograph size should be 35mm x 45mm.

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned or stapled and should not have been used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter Covering letter from the applicant on the company's letterhead stating applicant's name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to:

Invitation Letter Invitation Letter from Sudan host / inviting company on its letterhead, attested by the Ministry of External Affairs and should be directly faxed to the Embassy. A copy should also be provided to the applicant / consultancy team.
Recommendation Letter Recommendation letter from a recognised Chamber of Commerce in India.
Ticket Confirmed Return Air Ticket.
Medical Applicant has to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel.
