Covering Letter : Covering-letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Serbia, New Delhi.
Invitation-Letter: Copy of Invitation Letter from Serbian host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the nature of business, duration of visit, and name and address of the company to be visited.
a) The Letter should be in a specified format/form and must be duly stamped by the Serbian Company.
b) The letter should be both in Serbian and English language.
Copy of Registration Certificate of the Serbian Company.
Financial:
a) Personal Bank for last 6 months
b) Foreign Exchange endorsement/copies Credit Card
c) Personal income tax returns for 3 years
d) Salary slips for the last 6 months
Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation.
Airline Reservation : Ticket Itinerary
Medical : Original Medical travel Insurance for the period of stay in Serbia.

a) Personal Presence of the applicant might be required, which is on the discretion of the embassy.
IMPORTANT NOTICE- Nationals of the Republic of India can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 11 of the Law on Foreigners.
Article 11 of the Law on Foreigners .
Note - The maximum period of stay in the country is 30 days, including the day of entry. There are no restrictions on the number of trips. The total period of stay should not exceed 30 days per calendar year.

Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Serbia, New Delhi.
Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
For a private visit (visiting relative or a friend), applicant has to provide an Invitation letter from relative or friend from Serbia. The letter should be duly attested and sealed by Muncipal department of Serbia. Format given below:

a) Bank statement for last 6 months

Ticket: Confirmed Return Air Ticket
Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation and Copy of voucher certifying prepaid arrangement made by Travel agency or Tour Operator.
Medical : Original Medical travel Insurance for the period of stay in Serbia.
Please Note:
a) Personal Presence of the applicant might be required, which is on the discretion of the embassy.
b) The Government of the Republic of Serbia has announced that applicants will be allowed to travel Serbia for the stay upto 90 days without obtaining a separate visa provided:
i) Applicant holding a valid Schengen visa, USA, UK visa or visa to any other European Union Country
ii) Applicant holding residence permit of Schengen country, US or any other European Country
However, all the passports holding valid visa as per the criteria mentioned above along with the ticket have to be presented to the Embassy and post checking, Embassy will issue a letter to applicant which they need to carry at the time of travel & can enter Serbia without visa.

a) Entry visa to the country to which you are traveling. If visa is not required for that country, other proof of stay in the country is required (voucher, invitation letter)
