Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter : Covering-letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Senegal, New Delhi.
If sponsored - A letter from Indian company sponsoring the applicant.
Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Senegal host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay.
Ticket: Confirmed Return Air Ticket
Proof of Accommodation: Confirmed Hotel booking
Medical: Applicant has to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel.
Financials: Personnal or Company Bank statement in Original to be submitted
Please Note:
a) Prior approval from the Ministry of Interior is required for Nationals of certain countries.
b) Applicants can also avail Senegal visa on arrival for the stay up to 90 days.

Climate:
