Covering Letter : Covering-letter from the company on its letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose & duration of visit and to be duly signed by the authorized signatory. Applicant’s designation mentioned on the Cover Letter must be same as mentioned in the Invitation Letter . Covering Letter must be stamped with company round seal. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi.

a) If applying from Mumbai: The letter should be addressed to: Consulate General of Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai

Invitation Letter: Copy of Invitation Letter in Arabic language from Saudi host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the applicant's name, passport number, purpose & duration of stay and should be duly signed by the authorize signatory mentioning his name and designation along with the copy of Registration Certificate

If applying from Mumbai:

a) Online Invitation letter in Arabic language from Saudi host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel,duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation with the approval from the ministry.

b) Copy of registration certificate of Saudi company (CR copy)

Please Note : If submission to be done in Mumbai, Visa Order from Saudi needs to be arranged.

Recommendation letter from Recognised Indian Chamber of Commerce (Mandatory)

Certificate: Photocopy of Degree of Highest Qualification.

If applying from Mumbai: Original degree certificate(it should be the related with the profession mentioned in visa approval/invitation)

Please Note:

a) For Software Engineer and Consultant, visa notification is required which comes from Saudi Arabia from the invitee, this visa notification enables the visa process.

b) The Covering letter, Invitation letter & Chamber letter should specifically mention the Applicant's Designation and the nature of Business his Company is Involved.

c) All applications will be submitted in Delhi / Mumbai based on Approval.

d) Applicant can enter before 04 days from the date of Expiry of the Visa (as per Arabic Calendar) and can stay up to 30 days from the Entry date.

Medical Health Insurance Certificate : With immediate effect, applicants seeking a visa to Saudi Arabia on any category, have to obtain a Medical Health Insurance Certificate issued through the Embassy’s authorized Enjaz Online System on paying an additional amount of up to USD 125 approx. UIPL will facilitate this for applicants.

Note: The applicant needs to provide his / her mobile number and email address.

IMPORTANT NOTE: With immediate effect, applicants seeking Business and Short Term Work visa to Saudi Arabia must request the inviting company to mention the capital amount of the company on their Registration Certificate. The capital amount mentioned in the Saudi Company’s registration certificate must be more than 1 Lakh Saudi Riyal.

Applications submitted with the registration certificate of the Inviting Company showing capital amount of less that 1 Lac Saudi Riyal will not be accepted by the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia.

Ticket: One way Air ticket.
