Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any).

Rwanda Visa Application Form: Two visa application forms duly filled and signed. Photocopy can be used.

Note: Applicant should also fill Information Form.

Photo Specification: Three recent passport size color photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter: Covering-letter from applicant on company’s letter head mentioning the name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Rwanda High Commission, New Delhi.

Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Rwanda host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary.

Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation.

Medical: Copy of YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the Original YFC at the time of travel.

Please Note: VISAS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR NATIONALS OF THE USA, GERMANY, CANADA, UGANDA, TANZANIA, KENYA, BURUNDI, THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, SOUTH AFRICA, GREAT BRITAIN, SWEDEN, MAURITIUS AND HONG KONG.
