Covering Letter: Covering-letter from applicant on company's letter head mentioning the designation, passport number, current profile, purpose of visit, itinerary, name and contacts of the company in Norway. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Royal Norwegian Embassy, Delhi.

Invitation Letter:

• Invitation Letter from Norwegian host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay and the letter should be duly signed with signatory's name and designation.
• Official introduction letter from the Indian company or organization (including the address, telephone no, fax no, position of the applicant, purpose of the trip, and guarantee of return).

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary.

Please Note: The ticket submitted should have a gap of at least 15 working days.

Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation for the entire period of stay in Schengen Area.

Please Note: Hotel should match the ticket dates and maximum stay should be in Norway.

Medical: A medical travel insurance is required with a minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros which should be valid for 15 days after the return from the Schengen area.

Please Note: Insurance has to be done by the Authorized Insurance Companies.

Financials:

• Personal ITR for last 3 years.
• Original Company & Personal Bank Statement for last six months with Bank Seal and Sign. Note: Bank statement should be on A4 Size Paper.
• Three months salary slip.
• Original and Copy of Balance Sheet of the company.
• Credit Card copy/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Traveler's Cheque.

Proof of Occupation:

• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.
• Brief Company Profile.
• Articles of Memorandum (Original & Copy).
• Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm).
• Import / Export License (if applicable).

Authorization Letter: Applicant will have to submit an authorization letter authorizing Insight Visa Consultancy Vacations Private Limited to submit and collect documents.

For subsequent applications within next 5 years the biometric data will be copied from the previous visa application included in the VIS.
