Visa Notes & Fees
*North Cyprus can be visited by obtaining Turkey Transit visa from the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, Delhi/Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey, Mumbai as the High Commission of The Republic of Cyprus does not issue visa for Northern Cyprus.
Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months from the date of return and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping. Please Note: Attach all old passports (if any).
Visa Application Form : One visa-application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size identical photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 50mm x 50mm).
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter : Covering-letter from the company on its letter head stating applicant's name, designation, passport number, purpose & duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory mentioning his/her name, designation & contact details and should be addressed to the following.
a) If applying from Delhi "The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Turkey", New Delhi.
b) If applying from Mumbai "The Visa Officer, Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey, Mumbai.
Invitation Letter: A copy of Invitation Letter from host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating the applicant's name, purpose & duration of visit and sponsorship details. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation and addressed to the following.
a) If applying from Delhi "The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Turkey", New Delhi.
b) If applying from Mumbai "The Visa Officer, Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey, Mumbai.
Financials:
a) Bank statements for last three months.
b) ITR for last three years.
Airline Reservation: Confirmed return air ticket.
