Eligibility
1. Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for New Zealand Visa.
2. Person wishes to travel to New Zealand for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through Insight Visa Consultancy. Person who seeks employment in New Zealand is not eligible to apply through Insight Visa Consultancy.
3. Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to New Zealand. Insight Visa Consultancy also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.
Documents Required
Business:
1. Original Valid passport with at least six month validity from the date of travel
2. 1 Application Form
3. 2 Photo
4. Covering letter (Addressed to The New Zealand High Commission).Invitation Letter
5. Bank Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly
6. Income Tax documents last 3 years
7. Complete Family details.
8. Company Registration Certificate of Indian Company.
9. Business Visa Checklist - to be filled in and signed by the applicant. (Please download this checklist from the forms section of our website).
10. Proof of Occupation : For First Time Traveller (Following documents apart from the above mentioned documents need to be submitted along with the application)
If Self Employed
a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
b) Brief Company Profile
c) Articles of Memorandum (In case the applicant is MD/Director)
d) Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
e) Import / Export License (if applicable)
If Employed
a) Copy of Academic certificates
b) Copy of Appointment Letter which should contain the date of Joining, Designation and the Salary drawn.
c) Previous working history
11. Airline Reservation : Ticket Itinerary
12. Authority Letter : An Authority Letter from applicant authorizing Udaan India Pvt. Ltd. to submit & collect the passport on your behalf and mentioning that Udaan India Pvt Ltd has no interference in making the documents arranged & we are not interpreting any of the Immigration requirements. Also, that all the documents have been arranged by you considering the TT services website/ New Zealand immigration website. The letter should be addressed to the Embassy.
13. Note:
a) All documents are required to be notarized or certified photocopies. These documents include Bank statement, birth or marriage certificates, education certificates etc.
14. Checklist: New Zealand Business Checklist to be duly filled and signed by the applicant and has to be attached with the application form.

16. Please Note – Once the visa application is processed, New Zealand immigration may send the visa decision letter / visa copy to applicant’s email id or to the email id of the agent. Hence, you are requested to check accordingly.

Important Points for Fast Track Visa
Please note that as per Immigration New Zealand policy all documents submitted in support of a visa application must either be originals or certified copies. Certified copies must be stamped or endorsed as being true copies of the originals by a person authorised by law to take statutory declarations. All documents not in English must be translated by a translation service.
