Netherland Antilles - (Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, St. Eustatius & St. Maarten)

Passport

Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamps.

  1. Copy of the first & last page of the passport.
Please Note:
  1. Passports issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted by the Embassy.
  2. Attach all your old passports (if any).
  3. Residence permits are required only for foreign applicants.

Netherlands Antilles Visa Application Form

One visa application form duly filled and signed.

Please Note: Applicant mobile number should be mentioned in the visa form as Embassy / Consulate can contact the applicant at any point of time during visa processing.

Photo Specification

Two recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Invitation Letter

Original letter from the Dutch company or organization containing the Name of the applicant, Dates of the intended stay, Purpose of the visit, and Nature of costs being covered (boarding and lodging).

Covering Letter

Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to - The Visa Officer, The Embassy of The Kingdom of The Netherlands, New Delhi.

Please Note: Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.

Sponsored Visit

  1. Invitation letter.
  2. Guarantor's Declaration Letter.

Financials

  1. Personal ITR for last 3 years / Form 16A.
  2. Personal Bank Statement for last three months.
  3. Salary slips for last three months.

Proof of Occupation

Self Employed

  1. Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation / Registration of company with Chambers of Commerce.
  2. Brief Company Profile.
  3. Articles of Memorandum (In case the applicant is MD/Director).
  4. Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm).
  5. Import / Export License (if applicable).

Employed

  1. Copy of the business license from employer.
  2. Proof of employment.

Airline Reservation

Ticket Itinerary.

Proof of Accommodation

Hotel confirmation / Guarantee of host for the entire period of stay.

Please Note: Hotel should match the ticket dates.

Medical Insurance

Original Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 15,000 US Dollars including repatriation costs to be submitted in original along with the photocopy.

Please Note: As applications are being accepted only through appointment, we advise you to send your application well in advance so that we can arrange for an appointment for timely processing of your visa.
