Passport: Original passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any).

Mozambique Visa Application Form: One visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant.

Photo Specification: Two recent camera-clicked passport-sized colored photographs on a white background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-finished paper (35mm x 45mm).

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter: Original Covering Letter from the applicant on the company's letterhead stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to:

Invitation Letter:

1. An Invitation letter from Mozambique attested by the Immigration Department.
2. ID Copy of sponsor.
3. Company Registration copy of Inviting Company (ALVARA) Sample ALVARA
4. Latest year TAX paper of Inviting Company (IRPS) Sample TAX Paper

Ticket: Confirmed return Air ticket.

Medical: Original Yellow Fever Certificate.

1. Contract copy from the Ministry of Trabajo (Labour).
2. Contract copy with the company in Mozambique.

Certificates:

1. In case of an accompanying spouse, copy of the Marriage Certificate.
2. In case of an accompanying Child (below 16 years of age), copy of the Birth Certificate.

Medical: Original & Copy of Yellow Fever Certificate.

Police Clearance Certificate: From the place of residence.
