Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping. 

Please Note: 

a) Attach copy of first & last page of the passport along with all old passports (if any).

b) An original certificate issued from the Ministry of Home Affairs and legalized by the Ministry of External Affairs, India has to be submitted if applicant's first name or last name is not mentioned at the respective column in the passport.

Morocco Visa Application Form: Visa application forms have to be filled online by the applicant. After that the printout will be given.

Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs on matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). 

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter : Original Covering-letter from the company on its letter head stating applicant's name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit along with a letter indicating the nature of business undertaken by Indian company. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco, New Delhi.

Invitation letter: Original Invitation letter from Moroccan company duly signed by the authorized signatory. The signature on the invitation should be legalized by local authorities in Morocco and attested by the bureau of legalization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Morocco

Applicants must send the scanned copy of all the relevant documents on the following email address prior to the submission of visa application at the Embassy.
