Lithuania Visa Application Form: Visa application form has to be filled online by the applicant. For online form, kindly log on to https://visa.vrm.lt/epm/

Photo Specification: One recent passport size colored photograph with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter: Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letterhead stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of the visit, duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania, New Delhi.

Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Lithuania host / inviting Company on its letterhead stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.

Copy of Invitation Letter: Copy of invitation letter, approved by the Migration Department of the Republic of Lithuania.

Financials: Personal ITR for last 3 years. Original Bank Statement for last six months with Bank Seal and Sign. Bank statement should be on A4 size paper. Six months salary slip. Credit Card copy / Foreign Exchange endorsement / Traveler’s Cheque.

Proof of Occupation: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation, Brief Company Profile, Articles of Memorandum (in case the applicant is MD/Director), and Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (in case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm).

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary.

Medical: Original & Copy of Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros.

Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation for the entire period of stay in Schengen area.

Please Note: Hotel should match the ticket dates and maximum stay should be in Lithuania.
