Please Note: Lebanon visa can be applied in any of the following two ways:
a) Visa can be applied by submitting original passport, 2 photographs, visa form and immigration approval in Arabic language from Lebanon, which will be translated into English by the Lebanon Embassy in Delhi. The applicant can travel on the same translated visa approval, which will take 2 working days.
b) Visa can be applied by providing the below-mentioned documents, and the Lebanon Embassy in Delhi will refer the application for approval to Lebanon. It may take 10 working days.
Original valid passport, 2 passport-size photographs, original covering letter, original invitation letter, ticket, bank statement, personal ITRs and salary slip.
Please refer to the below points for detailed specifications:
Passport: Original passport with validity of minimum six months and two blank pages for visa stamp.
a) Colored photocopy of the first and last page of the passport.
b) Attach all your old passports, if any.
Lebanon Visa Application Form: One visa application form duly filled and signed.
Photo Specification: Two recent passport-size colored photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 60%–80% face coverage, white background and without border. Size: 35mm x 45mm.
Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned or stapled, and should not have been used in any previous visas.
Covering Letter: Original covering letter from the applicant on company letterhead stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be signed by an authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Lebanon, New Delhi.
Invitation Letter: Original invitation letter in Arabic with Halphnama (Guarantee Letter), notarized at a notary public office, from the Lebanese host/company on its letterhead stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay. It should be duly signed with the signatory’s name and designation and addressed to – The Embassy of Lebanon, Delhi, undertaking responsibility for the invited person that he will return to India.
Please Note: Copy of ID proof of the sponsor is required.
Airline Reservation: Ticket itinerary.
Financials:
a) Personal bank statement in original for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of Rs. 5 lakhs or proof of sufficient financial records stating that the applicant can bear the expenses in Lebanon for the complete duration of stay.
b) Personal ITR for the last 3 years.
c) Salary slips for the last 6 months.
Lebanese Company's Registration/Incorporation Certificate: Registration/Incorporation certificate of the inviting Lebanese company.
Please Note: The inviting company can mention its relationship with the Indian company in the invitation letter.
