Original Passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.

Kyrgyzstan Visa Application Form

Two visa application forms to be duly filled and signed by the applicant. (Photocopy can be used).

Photo Specification

Two recent passport-sized colored photographs on light background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm).

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter

Covering Letter is required from the applicant on the company's letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic, New Delhi.

For those traveling to Kyrgyzstan with private, business or other purposes, visa support from the Department of Consular Services, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) (for those visiting their friends or relatives from the Ministry of Home Affairs) of the Kyrgyz Republic is strictly required (contact your partner/host in Kyrgyzstan).

Foreign Exchange endorsement / Copy of Credit cards.

Confirmed return air ticket.

For all types of visas with a duration of more than one month and more than single-entry, visa support from the Department of Consular Services, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic is strictly required (contact your partner in Kyrgyzstan).

Health regulation for passengers leaving India: There is no health check requirement by Indian Government on passengers leaving India. However, persons leaving for a yellow fever infected area are advised in their own interest to get themselves vaccinated and to be in possession of valid yellow fever vaccination certificates before they leave the country.

Additional Requirements

a) For individual tourist staying in Kyrgyzstan up to one month it is necessary to submit a letter from travel agency stating the dates of arrival and departure, contact organization or private host and the place of staying in Kyrgyzstan, approved by the Department of Consular Services, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (contact your partner/host in Kyrgyzstan).

b) For group tourists it is necessary to submit a letter from travel agency, indicating the exact dates of arrival and departure, contact information of tourist agency/travel agency from Kyrgyzstan. The full list of tourist group is also required. All the letters should be approved by the Department of Consular Services, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (contact your partner/host in Kyrgyzstan).
