Covering Letter : Covering Letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Kenya High Commission, New Delhi.
 Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Kenyan host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.
Financials :
a)Foreign Exchange receipt or Credit cards photocopy
b)Bank Statement for the last 3 months.
Ticket: Confirmed return Air Ticket.
Medical:
a) Applicant has to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel.
b) Applicant should have completed a full course of vaccination against Polio, preferably with Oral Polio Vaccine (OPV), and should receive an additional dose of OPV at least six weeks before each international journey. The Validity of a full course of vaccination will be one year.
Please Note:
a) Only single entry visa is issued at New Delhi, if the applicant requires multiple entries, it can be endorsed valid for re - entry by the Immigration Authorities at Kenya.
**IMPORTANT NOTICE: Kindly be informed that, with immediate effect Kenya High Commission Delhi has stopped accepting manual visa applications. Visa for all categories has to be applied online. Indian passport holders can also avail visa on arrival at Kenya Ports of Entry (Fee USD 50)

Passport: Clear scanned copy of bio data pages of passport with the validity of minimum six months from the intended date of return.
Photograph: One recent passport size coloured photograph with matt or semi matt finish, 70%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 5.5cm x 5.5cm)
Please Note:
a) Photograph should not be more than 6 months old.
b) Scanned, stapled & color photocopies of photograph will not be accepted.
Invitation Letter:
For Business Visits :
a) An invitation letter from the inviting company / host
b) Copy of company's registration certificate
For Family Visits :
a) Invitation letter from family
b) Copy of Identity card / Passport / Alien Card / Entry permit of the host
Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary (Details about places to visit if going as tourist)
Accommodation Proof: Hotel booking.
Important Note: During the application process applicant will be required to attach the above mentioned documents. The file formats that may be attached are : PDF, JPG or MS Word.
Please Note:
a) Kenya E Visa can be availed for Tourism & Business purpose for a stay upto 90 days (Single Entry)
b) The e-Visa printout must be presented at the port of entry along with the above mentioned documents.
Transit Visa:
a) Applicant requires an onward Ticket to apply for a Transit Visa.
b) A Transit Visa is issued to persons connecting through Kenya to other destinations for a period not exceeding 72 hours.
**Please be informed that applicant aged 16 and below are exempted from visa.
