| Authorization Letter |
Applicant should provide an authorization letter authorizing Insight to submit and collect documents on his / her behalf. |
| Important Notes |
a) All documents should be presented in original.
b) Visa application form should be filled correctly and completely by the applicant himself / herself.
c) Companies which are not registered with the Chamber of Commerce, should bring the certificate from Chamber of Commerce, stating they are not registered with them.
d) Embassy may ask for any additional documents. |

| Health Regulation |
There is no health check requirement by Indian Government on passengers leaving India.
