The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory mentioning his name & contact details and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Israel, New Delhi. |

An Invitation Letter from Israeli host / inviting Company on its letter head in Hebrew language stating the applicant's name, passport number, purpose of travel, duration of stay and date of visit. The letter should be signed by the invitee mentioning his name, designation & contact details. |

The letter must be received in Embassy either by E-mail (E-mail ID : info@newdelhi.gov.in) or by fax (011-30414555) from Israel and one copy of the same has to be submitted along with the application. |

b) Kindly note that applicants applying for Israel Business Visa, will have to provide an Original Marriage Certificate duly apostilled by MEA, if he/she has mentioned the marital status on the application form as ‘Married’ and spouse name is not endorsed on the passport. |
| Authorization Letter |
Applicant will have to submit an Authorization Letter in the name of Mr. Ravi Swamy, Mr. Nitin, Mr. Ramakant and Mr. Deepak Kumar in order to authorize them to submit and collect the passport. |
| Important Notes |
a) Applicant has to submit copies of his/her Aadhaar Card & Voter Id.
b) All documents should be on A4 size paper and if the original document is on a different sized paper then the photocopy of the document must be on A4 sized.
c) One copy of all the documents mentioned above have to be submitted along with the application (apart from Passport).
d) Embassy may ask for any additional documents or call for the interview. |

c) If Widower/Widow: Notarized original death certificate of the spouse. |
