Indonesia Visa Application Form: Visa application form has to be filled online, once the applicant fill the form, the printout has to be taken out signed by the applicant and attached with the application for submission.

Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, with Red background (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Covering Letter : Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name ,designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to - The Visa Officer, Embassy of Republic of Indonesia, New Delhi
Invitation letter: Invitation Letter from Indonesia host and Inviting Company should come through the “Department of Immigration”-Jakarta on letter head (one copy should be pre-faxed from Indonesia directly to the Embassy prior of submission of visa application, FAX 01126886763 / 26874402) or email : protkons.nd2014@gmail.com and one copy to us.
If applying for more than 90 days:
a) An Immigration message from the Immigration Authorities from Jakarta is required. If the immigration message is not available, the application would be referred to Jakarta for Approval.
This entire process will take minimum 2 weeks.
Ticket: Confirmed Itinerary Ticket (Going and Return with ticket number/ booking reference number)
a) Copy of Indonesian Immigration Approval (if any or if deemed necessary)
b) Copy of KITAS, Indonesian ID Card/KTP & Passport of Counterpart in Indonesia
Financial: Proof of sufficient fund during visiting Indonesia (Applicant's last 3 months bank statement with minimum balance of Rs. 65000 or equivalent to US$1000) if undertaking not mentioned /stated in Invitation or Sponsorship Letter from Indonesia
NOTE : In addition to the above following are necessary for Multiple Entry Visa (Visa Type Code : 212)
a) Passport with validity of minimum 12 months from the date of departure from Indonesia
b) Copy of Indonesian Telex Immigration Approval (Mandatory)
Indonesia Visa on Arrival : Visa on Arrival (VoA) may be obtained upon arrival at the designated airports, seaports and land border checkpoints in Indonesia at the discretion of Indonesian Immigration Officers at the point of arrival. VoA is valid for length of stay of up to 30 (thirty) days and extendable at the Immigration Offices in Indonesia for 1 (one) time only to have another stay of 30 (thirty) days, subject to the eligibility of sponsorship of the traveler’s stay in Indonesia. To do so, travelers are advised to contact the nearest local Immigration Office in Indonesia. VoA cannot be converted into any other type of visa or stay permit in Indonesia.
