The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, High Commission of the Republic of Guyana, New Delhi. Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Guyana host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the name, designation, purpose and duration of visit Financials: a) Company’s and Personal I.T.R for last 3 yrs b) Company and Personal Bank Statement for last six months c) Credit Card statement/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Traveler’s Cheque Police Clearance Certificate Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary Proof of Accomodation: Hotel Confirmation Medical: a) Medical Certificate b) Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.
