Requirement Details
Passport Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any).

Please Note:
  1. Handwritten passport will not be accepted.
  2. 20 years validity passport will not be accepted.
  3. There should be minimum 03 blank pages in the passport while submitting the application.
  4. Passport should be valid for minimum 06 months from date of application submission.

Following documents must be uploaded:
  1. Photograph (Size: Height=150px; Width=120px)
  2. Bio data pages of applicant’s passport
  3. Covering Letter
  4. Original Invitation Letter
  5. Passport copy of authorized signatory who is signing the Invitation Letter.
  6. Ticket
Post filling the form, printout of the same has to be taken and submitted at the Embassy along with the hard copies of relevant documents for visa processing.

Please Note:
  1. Names of 2 referrers from Ghana should be provided for Ghana Business visa application form along with their address, mobile no and landline number.
  2. Passport copies or ID card copy of 2 referrers from Ghana.
Photo Specification Four recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter Covering Letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.

If applying from Delhi:
The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Ghana High Commission, New Delhi.

If applying from Mumbai:
The letter should be addressed to: Consulate General of Ghana, Mumbai.

If applying from Kolkata:
The letter should be addressed to: Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Ghana, Kolkata.

Please Note: Covering Letter must be typed. No handwritten changes will be accepted.
Invitation Letter Original Invitation Letter from Ghana host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay and copy of the passport of authorized signatory. The letter should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.

An undertaking that the host will ensure that the visitor complies fully with immigration laws of Ghana.

Photocopies of relevant pages of passport of alien inviting businessman, showing legal immigrant status / residence permit.
Certificate Company Incorporation Certificate from Ghana as well as Indian Company.
Ticket Confirmed air ticket (return/onward journey).
Medical Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.
Additional Note If referrers is Indian national then Resident Permit copy mandatory.

Proof Of Occupation of the Applicant If applying from Delhi.

Student:
  1. Letter of Introduction from school.
  2. Birth certificate of child if travelling with Parents.
  3. Marriage Certificate if accompanying / Joining Spouse who is permitted to reside or is working in Ghana.

If applying from Mumbai:
Employed: Leave Sanction letter from Employer.
Hotel Booking Hotel Reservation.
Ticket Confirmed return Air Ticket with ticket number (Required if applying from Mumbai).
