Visa Notes & Fees

Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.

Please Note:

1. Passports issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted by the Embassy.
2. Handwritten passports will not be accepted.
3. Indian passports with any "observation" will not be accepted.
4. Attach all your old passports (if any).

Estonia Visa Application Form: Visa application form has to be filled online by the applicant. For the online form, kindly log on to http://www.mfa.ee/visa

Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter: Covering Letter from applicant on company's letterhead stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of the visit, duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to: The Visa Officer, Honorary Consulate General of the Republic of Estonia, New Delhi.

Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Estonia host / inviting Company on its letterhead stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory's name and designation.

Financials:

1. Company's and Personal ITR.
2. Six months salary slip.
3. Original Bank Statement for last six months with Bank Seal and Sign. Note: Bank statement should be on A4 size paper.
4. Credit Card copy / Foreign Exchange endorsement / Traveler's Cheque.

Proof of Occupation:

1. Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.
2. Brief Company Profile.
3. Articles of Memorandum (in case the applicant is MD/Director).
4. Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (in case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm).
5. Import / Export License (if applicable).

Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation for the entire period of stay in the Schengen area.

Please Note: Hotel should match the ticket dates and maximum stay should be in Estonia.

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary.

Medical: Original Medical Travel Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros. Insurance to be done by the Authorized Insurance Companies.

Authorization Letter: Applicant will have to submit an authorization letter authorizing Insight Visa Consultancy to collect documents.

Please Note:

1. Prior appointment has to be taken from the Embassy for submission of documents.
2. Personal appearance is mandatory (Biometric).

1. Proof of employment like Salary Slip or Appointment Letter / NOC from Employer.

Student:

1. Leave Sanction Letter from school.
2. Parents have to provide ITR, Bank Statement and NOC Letter.
