Visa Notes & Fees
Single Entry / 30 days on arrival Visa: Indian Nationals can obtain a single entry visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 30 days only at International Airport at Dili or Seaport at Dili, provided they have the following
a) Passport with validity of at least six months from the date of entry into Timor-Leste.The passport must have minimum two blank pages.
b) Hold an onward / return ticket
c) Proof of sufficient funds to cover the stay.
Please note: To demonstrate sufficient funds for stay in Timor-Leste, each foreigner must have access to funds equivalent to:
US$100 for each entry;
US$50 for each day expected to remain in the country.
d) Accommodation arrangement
e) Pay US$30 visa fee in cash.
Please Note that there are no ATM or money change facilities at the border post.
Multiple Entry / 90 days visa: Travelers who need visa for more than 30 days (upto 90 days) or need a multiple entry facility should apply for Visa Application Authorization prior to arrival.
Following documents are required to obtain Visa Application Authorization prior to arrival
a) Duly filled (should be typed not hand written) and signed Class I + II Application Form
b) Passport Size Photograph
c) Photocopy of Bio-data page of passport
The processing will take minimum 10 working days and successful applicants will be issued "Visa Application Authorization". This must be printed and carried by the traveler along with the above mentioned documents and visa will stamp at the Immigration.
Please note: The “Visa Application Authorization” must be used within 12 months.

Climate:
The northern third of Australia lies in the tropics and so is warm or hot the year around. The rest of the country lies south of the tropics and has warm summers and mild or cool winters.
