Passport: Original passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages (back to back) for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)

Djibouti Visa Application form : Three visa application forms duly filled and signed by the applicant.

Photo Specification: Three recent camera clicked passport sized colored photographs with light background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm)

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter : Original Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation ,passport number, purpose and duration of the visit and addressed to duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp.The letter should be addressed to: Embassy of The Republic of Djibouti , New Delhi

Invitation letter: Original Invitation Letter from Djibouti host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.

Ticket: Confirmed return Air ticket

Hotel Booking: Nil

Medical: Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
