Photo Specification: One Recent clicked photograph with white background and 80% face coverage.
Please Note: a) The image size should be minimum 90 pixels wide x 120 pixels(jpg,gif,png) and should not exceed by 100 kb.
b) Photograph should not be more than 3 months old.
Covering Letter: Covering-letter from company on its letterhead stating the applicant's name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of the visit. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation and addressed to "The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Chile", New Delhi.
Invitation Letter: A copy of Invitation Letter from Chilean host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating the applicant's name and purpose of travel & duration of stay along with sponsorship details. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation. Letter should be notarized from Chile.
Financials:
a) A copy of Personal Bank Statements for last 6 months
b) Personal ITR for last 3 years.
Proof of Occupation:
Self Employed: Proof of ownership
Employed: Salary slips for last 3 months.
Airline Reservation: Ticket itinerary.
Medical Requirements: Nil
Authority Letter: Authority-letter authorizing Insight Visa Consultancy to submit & collect the documents & the letter should be Notarized on Rs.50 stamp paper.
Please Note: The letter must have thumb impression of the applicant next to his signatures.

Please Note:
a) Embassy will not entertain any visa correction requests. Therefore, applicant will have to apply again & visa fees will also be paid again.
b) Applicant holding a valid Chile visa in his old passport can travel with the same provided he needs to carry the new passport along with the old passport at the time of travel.
 Please Note - Applicant seeking Chile visa must visit the Embassy personally to submit and collect the documents.

Original Work contract along with any of the following documents :
a) Obligations of the employer of retaining and depositing into government, the amount corresponding to income in relation to remuneration paid.
b) Employee’s social security system and obligation of paying social security and health contributions.
c) Employer’s commitment to pay the return ticket for the employee and dependants to country of origin once the respective contract has concluded.
d) If the work contract is signed only by the contracting party and once visa is approved it must be sent to the employee, prior to legalization at the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be signed before the Consulate of Chile, who will act as a Certifying Officer.
Curriculum Vitae of the applicant.
Medical: Medical from any MBBS doctor
Original Police Clearance Certificate from Passport office

Please Note:
a) Personal presence mandatory.
b) Chile embassy has started issuing sticker VISAs instead of stamped VISAs. The information on the VISA is the same as filled in the online application form and since it is not filled manually any longer the embassy will not entertain any VISA correction requests. The applicant will need to apply again and visa fees will also be paid again.
c) Applicant's holding a valid multiple entry visa in his old passport can travel with the same provided he needs to carry the new passport along with the old passport at the time of travel.
