Required Documents

  • Passport: Original passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports, if any.
  • Chad Visa Application Form: One visa application form duly filled and signed.
  • Photo Specification: One recent passport-size photograph with matt or semi-matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border. Size: 35mm x 45mm.
    Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not have been used in any previous visa.
  • Covering Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant on the company's letterhead stating applicant's name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to:
    The Visa Officer, Consulate of the Republic of Chad, New Delhi.
  • Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from the Chad host/inviting company on its letterhead stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay. The letter should be duly signed with the signatory's name and designation.
  • Recommendation Letter: Recommendation letter through a recognized Chamber of Commerce in India.
  • Airline Reservation: Ticket itinerary.
  • Medical: Copy of YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application. Applicant has to carry the original YFC at the time of travel.

Note: Personal appearance is mandatory.
