Passport: Original passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
Cambodia Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Photo Specification: One recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter : Original covering-letter from the applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of the visit. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Royal Embassy of Cambodia, New Delhi
Invitation Letter: : Invitation Letter from Cambodian host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.
Below mentioned documents from Inviting Company are also required.
1- Chamber letter.
2- ITR copy of last year.
Ticket: Confirmed air ticket
Please Note: Indian Nationals can also avail visa on arrival by carrying valid passport, confirmed hotel booking along with 3-4 photographs & visa fees: USD 30.

Health regulation for passengers leaving India:-
There is no health check requirement by Indian Government on passengers leaving India. However, persons leaving for a yellow fever infected area are advised in their own interest to get them vaccinated and to be possession of valid yellow fever vaccination certificates before they leave the country.
