Photo Specification: Two recent camera clicked passport sized colored photographs on a white background with 80% face cover on matt or semi-finished paper (35mm x 45mm).
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter : Original covering-letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating his name, designation,passport number, purpose, duration of the visit and addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Burkina Faso, New Delhi.
Invitation Letter:
a)Original Invitation letter from Burkina Faso host / Inviting Company which should be attested by Immigration
Please note: Invitation letter should be directly faxed to the Embassy and a copy of the same to be attached with the application.
Financials :
a) Original Personal Bank statement for the last 6 months with bank seal, signatory's name and sign.
Company Profile : A brief company profile on its letter head.
Recommendation letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce.
Airline Reservation: Confirmed return Air ticket along with the print out of reservation attested by IATA agent.
Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.
Please Note: It is recommended to have Cholera inoculation & Cholera Vaccination.
