Covering Letter: Covering-letter from company on its letter head stating the applicant's name, designation, passport number, purpose & duration of visit and date of travel. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Federative Republic of Brazil, New Delhi.

Please Note: The Embassy has advised all applicants to provide a day-to-day agenda in detail for their entire period of stay in Brazil.

Endorsement Letter: An endorsement letter from "The Chambers of Commerce/Export Promotion Council/Manufactures Association" with which the applicants company has been registered mentioning that the applicant is an Employee of the said company and the association has no objection in applicant's visit to Brazil.

Invitation Letter & Agenda:

a) An Original Notarized Invitation Letter from Brazilian host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating the applicant's name, purpose of visit and duration of stay along with the registration number of the company (CNPJ). Address and telephone number of the Brazilian company.

b) Day-to-day agenda for business meetings.

Financials:

a) Personal Bank Statement for last three months till date mentioning the applicant’s name.

b) Personal ITR for last 3 years.

c) Appointment Letter.

d) Salary slips for last three months.

e) Minimum balance should be required 1Lakh.

Ticket: Ticket Itinerary.

Please Note: Travel dates must show departure at least with the gap of 10 working days from the date of submission.

Accommodation Proof: Hotel booking.

Medical: Applicant has to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel.

Please Note: The yellow fever certificate has to be issued minimum 10 days prior to the travel only from WHO recognized hospitals.

b) Personal ITR for last three years.

c) Salary Slips for last three months.

c) Immunization record for polio for children between ages of three months and six years If the child cannot be inoculated, bring a notarized letter from the child's physician.

The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory & addressed to – Embassy of the Federative Republic of Brazil, New Delhi.

Invitation Letter: A Notarized Original Invitation letter in Portugal or English language from Brazilian host/ inviting company with their CNPJ no.(Brazil Company Registration Number),address, contact no. & E-mail Id and the details of the trip/technical assistance etc. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory along with the copy of CNPJ certificate (Brazil Company Registration Certificate).

Financials:

b) Personal ITR for last 3 years.

Please Note: Approval number will be generated once the application is submitted to the Ministry of Labour in Brazil by the sponsoring company.

Police clearance certificate: Original Police clearance certificate (PCC) duly attested by the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi.

PCC should be issued from Regional Passport Office.

Certificates:

a) If Spouse is accompanying, an original marriage certificate attested by HRD & MEA has to be submitted along with the application.

b) If Child is accompanying, an original birth certificate attested by HRD & MEA has to be submitted along with the application.

Please Note: Attestation of the above mentioned certificates will be done by the Embassy as well with an additional cost of Rs. 1600 per certificate.

Medical:

a) Applicant has to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel.

b) Original Health Report for the applicant by an MBBS doctor on the letter head with doctor's seal and signature.

c) Polio certificate/letter for child between 3 months and 6 years old has to be duly attested by the Ministry of External Affairs, Patiala House, and New Delhi. If the child cannot be inoculated then a notarized letter from the child's physician has to be provided.
