Visa Requirements for Indian Citizens:
Documents must be sent by Federal Express, DHL or LIAT Quikpak with a Prepaid Return International Airway Bill to the following address: Barbados Immigration Department, Careenage House
The Wharf, Bridgetown,Barbados.,BB11000
 Documents to be submitted are as follows:
a) Copies of passport pages with endorsements(STAMPS/VISAS etc.)
b) Application form duly filled and siged by the applicant.
c) One recent passport size photograph.
d) Covering letter from the applicant stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose & duration of visit, and bearing a return address, phone number, fax number & email address. The letter should be addressed to 'Chief Immigration Officer'.
e) Persons residing in a country other than their place of birth must submit proof of legal resident status in the adoptive country.
f) Copies of appointment letters (for those persons attending the US Embassy or British High Commission)
g) Employment letter
Fees : Banker’s draft made to the order of Chief Immigration Officer Barbados.
Single Entry visa: $104.00 US
Multiple Entry visa: $208.00 US
Please Note: The processing time is minimum 3 weeks. Applicant will not be given any updates on the process of application during this period. However, if any discrepancy of the document is found, the applicant will be directly contacted by the Immigration Department. Hence, it is advised that applicant should provide his/her correct contact details.
Visa Exemption: The following categories of persons are exempt from entry visa requirements:
1.Cruise ship passengers in transit from airport to cruise terminal and vice versa
2.Cruise ship passengers arriving and departing on the said vessel
3.Crew-members arriving at airport and transiting to vessel within 12 hours. However, in the case where over-night stay is necessary, a visa must be obtained.
4.Regular passengers transiting at Barbados to another destination within 12 hours , such passengers are treated as Direct transit Passengers and will be accommodated in the arrival terminal until he/she is escorted to the departure lounge for his/her onward flight.
5. All members of the diplomatic corps (of countries that require a visa) are exempt from payment of the visa fee. However the application-form J must be completed and submitted to the Barbados Immigration Depart. Along with a copy of the bio page of the passport.
