Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from the inviting company/firm of Azerbaijan on their company letterhead along with all the relevant details of the candidate written in AZERI language only.
a) Copy of the Registration Certificate of the inviting company/firm of Azerbaijan.
b) Approval letter from MEA with Reference No.
For First Time Traveler
Financials:
a) Personal ITR/TDS for the last 3 years.
b) Bank Statement for the last three months with Bank Seal and Sign.
Medical: Overseas Medical Insurance Policy.
a) Original HIV Test Certificate from Authorized Doctor of the Embassy.
Ticket: Confirmed Air Ticket.
Authority Letter: A notarized authority letter either on plain paper or company's letterhead authorizing Mr. Sanjeet Kumar, Mr. Prem & Mr. Afzal from Insight Vaca Pvt. Ltd. to submit and collect the documents.
Please Note: Applicant has to come personally for an interview at the Embassy. The timings will be Monday to Friday between 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
