Covering Letter: Covering-letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Armenia, New Delhi

Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Armenian host / Inviting Company attested by Armenian Foreign Ministry should be directly faxed to the embassy and one copy to us.

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary

Financials: Personal ITR for last 3yrs; Company and Personal Bank Statement for last six months; Credit Card Copy / Foreign Exchange endorsement / Traveler’s Cheque

Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from friend or relative.

Letter of Approval: Letter of approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Armenia

Citizens of India traveling to Armenia for tourism purpose can also obtain a single entry visa upon arrival, at the border control points of the Republic of Armenia. To obtain the visa it is necessary to provide valid passport, photograph, fill the application form, pay visa fee and provide other supporting documents (air ticket, hotel reservation, invitation and etc.) depending on the purpose of travel to Armenia.
