Translation of the Visa form

Photo Specification: Two recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter: A letter from the company or institution for which the applicant is working, explaining the purpose of the trip, confirming that the applicant is currently employed by the company and for how long. The letter must be written on company's letter-head, signed by the person in charge, notarized and translated into Spanish.

Note: The translation does not need to be notarized.

If applicant is the owner of the business, please add a copy of your business’ official registration and LAST year’s Income Tax return.

Invitation Letter: An original invitation letter from the company / client in ARGENTINA that fulfills all the requirements mentioned in the following link Details to be mentioned on Invitation Letter.

The invitation letter must be written in Spanish and addressed to Head of the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Argentine Republic in New Delhi, India (Jefe de la Section Consular de la Empanada de la Republican Argentina en India).

Recommendation Letter: An original letter from the respective chamber of commerce of the Indian state where the company is registered or from any Federation, Council or Association in which the company is registered; accompanied by the company’s registration certificate. The letter must be presented in original, on letter-head, signed by the person in charge, notarized and translated into Spanish.

Please Note: The translation does not need to be notarized.

The letter should be addressed to 'The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Argentine Republic, F-3/3, Vacant Vicar, and New Delhi.

Financials: Original Bank Statement for last six months stating the name & contact number of the Branch Manager with Bank seal. Bank statement must be updated till date.

Personal ITR for last 3 yrs.

Credit card statements.

Salary slips of last 6 months.

Accommodation Proof: Hotel reservation.

Ticket: Flight ticket (round trip).

Please Note: Dates mentioned in ticket should match with dates mentioned in hotel, Covering Letter & invitation letter.

Travel dates must show departure at least with the gap of 10 working days from the date of submission.

Please Note: Embassy may call the applicant for personal interview post submission of the application.

Applicant's holding a valid multiple entry visa in his old passport can travel with the same provided he needs to carry the new passport along with the old passport at the time of travel.

It is advisable for applicants to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel.

Authorization Letter: Applicant will have to submit an authorization letter authorizing Insight Vacations Private Limited to submit and collect documents.

NOTE: The visa fee shall be paid before the interview and final evaluation of the case.

Covering-letter in English language should be duly notarized.

Ticket: Ticket itinerary.

Applicant has to provide a Day to Day itinerary on the letter head of the tour organizer in Argentina.

Please Note: Covering-letter needs to be Apostle from MEA prior to the submission.

Letter from the Shipping agency based in Argentina with details of the entry permit (Permiso de Igerso) as issued by the Director Nacional de Migraciones (DNM) in Buenos Aires.

Original CDC (Continous Discharge Certificate) is required.

Ticket: Confirmed return air ticket along with two photocopies of the same.

Please Note: Covering-letter in English language has be notarized by Local Notary.

Employment Contract: Attested Employment Contract to be duly signed by both the Employer & Employee.

Financials: Original Personal Bank Statement for last six months with Bank's seal & signature.

ITR for last three years.

Authorization from Argentine Immigration Department in Argentina.

Certificates: Original Police clearance Certificate (PCC) to be duly apostilled by the Ministry of External Affairs and translated in Spanish language. PCC has to be issued from the Passport Office and should not be more than 3 months old from the date of submission.

Original Birth certificate/Affidavit to be duly apostilled by the Ministry of External Affairs and translated in Spanish language.

Original Marriage certificate/Affidavit to be duly apostilled by the Ministry of External Affairs and translated in Spanish language.

Please Note: If the person is born/married in third country, the birth/marriage certificate should be duly attested by the Ministry of External Affairs, from the country of origin and later from the Embassy of the Argentina in the same country of origin.
