Covering Letter: Covering-letter from company on its letter head stating the applicant's name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Angola, New Delhi.
Invitation Letter: An invitation Letter from Angolan host / Inviting Company in Portuguese language addressing to "EMBAIXADA DA REPÚBLICA DE ANGOLA EM REPÚBLICA DA INDIA" and must be attested by Angolan Foreign Ministry. The letter should be directly faxed (011-26146184, 011-26146190) to the embassy and one copy of the same has be submitted along with the application.
Please Note: Below mentioned documents should also be submitted along with invitation letter:
a) A Pink Colored Copy of latest D.A.R (Document de Arrecadação de Recites) printed on separate pages and has to be duly notarized by Angolan notary on the front page (D.A.R is a document confirming collection of income tax).
b) If inviter is an Indian national, his National Id Card Copy/ Resident Card Copy/ Work permit card copy or Work visa copy should be duly attested by the Angola ministry.
 Ticket : Ticket Itinerary.
 Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.

b) Marriage certificate
Declaration Form: Self Declaration from applicant in Portuguese duly notarized from local notary in India.
Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.

Police Clearance Certificate: PCC which declares that the concerned person has no Criminal record as per the Law of the country of the applicant.
Please Note: PCC must be attested by Ministry of External Affairs, consular division Patiala House, New Delhi.
Affidavit certified by Notary of the beneficiary promising to respect the Angolan Law.

 Please Note: When the contracting entity requires a work visa for a foreign citizen for the first time, they must enclose the copy of the Agreement signed between them and the Government of Republic of Angola that legalizes its activity.
