Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping.
Please Note: Attach all old passports (if any).
Algeria Visa Application Form: Two visa application forms to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Please note:
a) No columns should be left blank.
b) Please do not write NA on the form. If necessary mention `Not applicable`.
c) Applicant's current occupation/ designation must be mentioned in the form.
d) The Forms should be typed/computer-printed and no columns should be left blank. (The uploaded form can only be edited in Microsoft Word 2007 or above).
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter: Covering-letter from company on its letter head stating the applicant's name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of visit. The letter should be signed by the authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, New Delhi.
Invitation letter: An original invitation Letter from Algerian host / Inviting Company with the seal of CACI Algerian Chamber of Commerce.
Recommendation Letter: Recommendation letter from recognized chamber of commerce in India (PHD chamber / CII / FICCI / ISO letter can also be produced).
Ticket: Ticket itinerary. Proof of Accommodation: Hotel Confirmation.
Medical: NIL

Health regulation for passengers leaving India:-
There is no health check requirement by Indian Government on passengers leaving India. However, persons leaving for a yellow fever infected area are advised in their own interest to get themselves vaccinated and to be possession of valid yellow fever vaccination certificates before they leave the country.
